Newer looking Iari?

Was browsing around and stumbled upon this video of an newer looking Iari:

Never seen this kind of sprite before for her, but it’s really well done. Suspended Congress(at least that’s what this position is commonly called I believe) has always been easily my favorite position in H-Mugen, so it’s nice to see it be done more often.

Have no idea if there is a download for this particular Iari, looking at this user’s other videos with similarly newer Iari things(and abundance of comments asking for it in said videos), doesn’t seem likely that it’s public which is a big shame, but wanted to try and ask here for the heck of it hahah

This is indeed a newer Iari with what you provided, however looking through its sprites it does not seem to have the one in the video. It was posted very recently so I don't have any clue if it is public anywhere, but I appreciate it nonetheless! Good to know someone seems to be resourceful with characters.
