If the palette is created with such characteristics, only select the palette that is referenced to the button when choosing the character, there are 12 possible combinations, select the one that is declared.
But if none of the above applies for reasons:
1. There is no such combination in the color palette, you must create it.
2. It exists but you do not know which selection button that palette is referenced, you can investigate it, for example, by loading the SFF file in FF or MCM and checking the SFF with each of the palettes and when you find it, you must declare it in the character's DEF file in the numbering that you consider appropriate.
Because MUGEN is about creating the content, there may not be that created combination that you are looking for, so you must do it. But possibly the user who made that conversion of the character to MUGEN did think about that color.
