So, I've been on the search for a character, and unfortunately, I can only go by a picture. I know nothing of the origins or the name of this character at all. So I had to upload a picture of it to show it around town.

Please use all the tools available on the Internet. In this case, using the Google Chrome browser and using the image search option gave me countless results regarding your question.

I invite you to use that option, but if you don't use that Internet browser, you can use the one of your choice, as I've noticed they all have that option.

And where to download it? Well, I didn't investigate that; I don't like the look of that character. But the information I'm providing is more than enough to find it.
