So I've yet to find this character at all, despite a lot of windows that were previously opened. :/ I might have to do another dreaded super deep-dive into some foreign websites (and archived ones) to see what I can dig up. It might be a while yet before I find it (if it can even be found), unless I get lucky.

If anyone has any info on this character at all, then please do share. Also keep an eye out for it if it ever shows up anywhere. Thanks for any help. ^_^
