Most Rapist/Dom Character's has the impregnation on them while very rare character's (such as None-Human) has Ovi. The enlarged belly are usually the victim side that should have it, and if, the Rapist has the feature of making their victim obtain a big belly for cumming to hard, and from the top of my head,

• the original Kuro
• the original Slime

Don't know if there is an update on them that contains those content, cause not many people are into it.

The Original one, (from ages ago, when I encounter him for the first time) is the one that make his victim
