Also when i try to pick a character, and start the game scene or fight , the client crashes. I dont understand?

Im Using 2011 Version of the game and this crash happens when i start the client, when i pick a character, it loads, then crashes, cant even play the game, HOW do i fix this???

Side note : 2019 version is in all spanish with no english internal option, so i dont even bother with that game.
